The Dishwasher provides assistance to the kitchen staff in maintaining the smooth operation of guest service in the restaurant. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. The role involves directing, implementing, and maintaining a philosophy congruent with Company culture, serving as a guide to all family members.

• Inspects cleanliness of workstations, rectifies deficiencies, and maintains throughout the shift.
• Retrieves and sorts dirty dishes, places racks through dishwashing systems, and shelves clean dishes according to standards.
