Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate and share a solid knowledge of the menu, ensuring proper preparation of all food items to meet standards.
  • Know all menu items, recipes, and ingredients.
  • Quickly learn new recipes, techniques, and menu updates.
  • Follow recipes for consistency.
  • Answer guests' and team members' questions regarding the menu.
  • Contribute to food cost management through proper inventory rotation.
  • Follow prep sheets to ensure proper portions and reduce waste.
  • Maintain knowledge of property layouts, table setups, capacity, hours, and dress codes.
  • Know all menu details, including prices, preparation, appearance, and presentation standards.
  • Organize and concentrate effectively when serving multiple guests.
  • Perform physical movements throughout the work area as required.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adhere to sanitation and health regulations and company standards.
  • Meet with Chefs to review assignments and business levels.
  • Inspect and maintain cleanliness of workstations.
