Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Illustrator Pathfinder, Layers and Pen tool.
• Basic Photoshop: Levels and Dodge/Burn.
• Ability to visualize 2D art in 3D form.
• Natural artistic talent and design sense.

Requirements

What You Will Do (Principal Duties)

Create Art: Interpret work orders to build vector artwork and multi-layer digital files.

Prep for Production: Group paperwork, printed composites, and film into job jackets.

Ensure Quality: Follow the Quality Checklist for every project to maintain high standards.

Collaborate: Talk with upstream and downstream teams to make sure file setups meet everyone's needs.

Track Deadlines: Tell the manager right away if production delays happen or are expected.

Keep It Clean: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

Help teammates when they need an extra hand.

Budget your time wisely to meet daily production goals.

Listen to feedback and make changes to improve your work.

Complete other tasks requested by management.

Skills and Tools You Need
