Job summary

Farmers Insurance Homestead District in Branson is seeking an outgoing, self-motivated insurance agent to build and grow a local client base. You will present auto, home, life, and commercial insurance solutions while establishing trust within the Branson community.

You will be mentored by a supportive Homestead District team and benefit from flexible scheduling and hands-on training as you grow your local footprint.

Qualifications

• Missouri Property and Casualty license is required.
• Missouri Life and Health insurance license is required.
• Previous background in sales, customer service, or relationship management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base through community engagement and networking.
• Identify insurance needs of families and small businesses in Branson area.
• Present personalized insurance solutions including auto, home, life, and commercial coverages.
• Manage existing policyholder relationships to ensure ongoing protection.
• Collaborate with Homestead District team to sharpen sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to state insurance regulations.
