Job summary

Phase 3 Marketing and Communications seeks a Manager, Branded Merchandise to guide custom merchandise initiatives from concept to delivery. You will coach a group of specialists, shape sourcing strategy with suppliers, and elevate proposal quality while ensuring brand accuracy and client satisfaction.

You will partner with sales, production, and finance teams to meet timelines, budgets, and quality goals, mentoring staff and driving strategic merchandise solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of people leadership or equivalent management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in branded merchandise, promotional products, retail, account management, project management, sourcing, or related industries.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and detailed execution requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members on creative branded merchandise solutions aligned with client objectives, audience needs, budget, timing, and brand standards.
• Mentor team by strengthening sourcing approach, product knowledge, presentation quality, and consultative recommendations.
• Lead development of creative branded merchandise solutions balancing originality, usability, quality, cost, and brand impact.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to support competitive pricing, reliable production, and quality execution.
• Collaborate with sales, account management, creative, purchasing, production, finance, and customer service to support project success and align stakeholders.
