Big Frog of Raleigh is seeking a Branded Apparel Design Specialist to help customers create custom garments and manage decoration projects in Raleigh, NC. You will interact with clients in-store, over the phone, and via email, guiding them from concept to completion.

The role requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent customer service, and a creative problem-solving mindset. Training is included; hours are Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, with in-store production support as

• Expert Knowledge of garment decoration techniques and pricing
• Familiarity with materials, sizes, brands, and delivery times
• Engage with customers in-store, over the phone, and via email
• Operate our Point of Sale system efficiently
• Assist with in-store production and fulfill orders as needed
• Maintain a well-organized work environment
• Provide solutions and resolutions for customers
• Generate easy-to-choose solutions tailored to customer needs
