Job summary

Persona is seeking a Brand Writer to join the Brand Design Studio, crafting brand narratives across website, campaigns, product launches, events and recruiting materials.

You’ll translate complex topics—identity, fraud, security—into clear, engaging copy for diverse audiences, helping evolve our voice and guidelines through shipped work. As the first in this role, you’ll help shape a playbook for the brand.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with a portfolio showing progression from brief to concept to final piece.
• Ability to write with personality and perspective on serious topics without losing credibility.
• Experience writing across mediums and audiences with consistent voice across channels.
• Experience helping a brand voice take shape rather than inheriting a finished one.

Responsibilities

• Be an active partner in developing our story across surfaces from concept to execution (websites, campaigns, product launches, events, and internal comms).
• Collaborate with brand designers, content marketing, and partners from the start of briefs to shape ideas, not just copy.
• Translate technically dense subjects (identity, fraud, compliance, security) into engaging brand narratives for non-experts.
• Shape Persona's brand voice across audiences with GTM teams to unify messaging.
• Evolve voice and tone with practical guidelines learned from shipped work.
• Raise writing quality across the company by providing feedback and helping improve outputs.
• Find unassigned opportunities for writing across formats and channels.
• Foster a culture of collaboration among designers, partners, and executives.
