Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Front End Engineer to join the Brand Web team, building and maintaining web properties across anthropic.com and claude.com. You will translate design intent into polished code, ship high-quality experiences, and work closely with designers, engineers, and content teams.

You will own design-system components, contribute to CMS workflows, and prototype rapidly to move ideas into production.

Qualifications

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks, especially Next.js or React-based tooling.
• Strong CSS skills for complex layouts, animations, and interactive experiences.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms and content modeling workflows.
• Experience building internal tools and workflows to improve team efficiency.
• Ability to prototype quickly and ship production-ready features.
• Clear communication with designers and engineers and a focus on maintainable code.
• Track record of contributing to production web properties at a mid-level with growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation of design system components and page templates across anthopic.com and claude.com, including interactive pages and data visualizations.
• Work within a headless CMS architecture, maintaining content models and publishing workflows.
• Collaborate with designers to bridge static design and dynamic web experiences.
• Contribute to internal tools that help teams author, manage, and publish content at scale.
• Participate in migrations and site architecture projects within larger initiatives.
• Move quickly from concept to prototype, iterating with the team.
• Support tooling and workflow improvements to help the broader team ship faster.
