Job summary

• 5+ years designing websites with a strong portfolio showing range and craft.
• Fluent in designing, prototyping, and building with Figma.
• Strong systems thinking, information architecture, UX and accessibility basics.
• Experience using research and data to drive decisions.
• Ability to drive concepts from start to finish with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive UX and visual design across marketing websites from concept to production.
• Tell Figma’s software story on the web in compelling, inventive ways with Product Marketing.
• Prototype and develop new web patterns; partner with engineers to realize them.
• Design brand-forward web experiences for launches, campaigns, and events that are accessible.
• Shape site structure, information architecture, and navigation to support content strategy.
• Evolve the web design system with templates and components for speed.
• Share learnings with Brand Studio and partners to raise the bar across the org.
