Job summary

Blue Bottle Coffee is seeking a senior Brand Visual Designer to own the full-scope visual system, spanning VI, packaging, product visuals, and marketing collateral. You will collaborate with Brand Marketing to deliver high-quality visual content aligned with launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives, building a premium, cohesive identity.

Lead the creation and maintenance of assets, templates, and design standards; ensuring a consistent look across digital and print materials.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the brand VI system including color, typography, layout and visual language; manage comprehensive brand usage guidelines.
• Lead full-suite visual production: campaign visuals, seasonal marketing, packaging, posters, menus, merchandise, and brand books.
• Collaborate with marketing on product launches, campaigns, and content calendars to deliver complete visual packages.
• Build and maintain an asset library, templates, and design standards.
• Monitor trends and refine the brand's visual language toward a younger, elevated direction.
• Review deliverables and manage timelines and team capacity.
