Blue Bottle Coffee seeks a Senior Designer, US to lead design across the US market, shaping brand, campaigns, packaging, and cafe experiences. You will translate ideas across digital, print, product, and physical spaces, guiding freelance designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Strong presentation and craft are essential. Based within 50 miles of the San Francisco Bay Area or Los Angeles, you will influence brand systems and evolve visuals while maintaining the Blue Bottle point

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional design experience in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Portfolio showing conceptual thinking across digital, print, packaging, product, and physical brand experiences.
• Experience leading integrated campaigns from concept to execution across multiple channels.
• Experience mentoring or managing designers and collaborators.
• Strong typography, composition, hierarchy, and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead design from concept through execution across digital, print, merchandise, and physical brand experiences.
• Develop visual concepts and systems for integrated campaigns, product launches, seasonal initiatives, and other US brand moments.
• Design packaging, merchandise, and branded products within a cohesive brand system.
• Create digital experiences across eCommerce, email, social, paid media, and other digital channels.
• Design physical and printed brand expressions including cafe signage and environmental graphics.
• Prototype ideas through 2D and 3D mockups to refine concepts before production.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Cafe, Digital, and cross-functional teams to translate needs into creative solutions.
• Present concepts and design rationale to senior stakeholders.
