Kiss Nail Products, Inc. is seeking a Brand Visual Design Intern to join the Group Visual Team in New York. You will develop visual assets for branding, marketing materials, and events, ensuring brand consistency while collaborating with designers and stakeholders.

The role provides hands-on experience with digital and print collateral, mood boards, and design systems, in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio of design projects (academic, personal, or freelance).
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines cooperatively.

Responsibilities

• Design production and asset creation for presentations, internal communications, marketing, social, and events.
• Assist with digital and print collateral while maintaining brand consistency.
• Organize and update brand asset libraries, templates, and visual resources.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders across projects and reviews.
• Conduct design trend and mood-board research; present findings to team.
• Provide administrative support: files, meeting prep, and project logistics.

Job Description Summary:The Brand Visual Design Intern supports the Group Visual Team in developing and executing visual communication materials that strengthen brand consistency and enhance customer engagement. This role provides hands-on experience across brand identity, marketing design, corporate communications, digital content, event graphics, and production support while collaborating with designers and cross-functional stakeholders. The intern gains exposure to professional design processes, creative problem-solving, and brand standards within a fast-paced corporate environment.Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Production & Asset CreationCreate visual assets for presentations, internal communications, marketing materials, social media, and event-related projects.Support design production tasks including image editing, layout adjustments, resizing, and file preparation.Assist with the development of digital and print collateral while maintaining brand consistency.Apply established design guidelines and templates across creative deliverables.Brand Support & Visual ConsistencySupport maintenance of corporate and brand identity standards.Assist in organizing and updating brand asset libraries, templates, and visual resources.Review materials for visual consistency, typography, color accuracy, and brand compliance.Help ensure all creative materials reflect established brand guidelines.Project Coordination & Team CollaborationCollaborate with designers and project stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.Participate in creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and project discussions.Support project tracking, asset management, and creative workflow processes.Assist with communication and coordination among internal teams when needed.Research & Creative ExplorationConduct design trend, competitive, and visual reference research.Gather inspiration and develop mood boards for creative projects.Present findings and recommendations to design team members.Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.Administrative & Operational SupportMaintain organized project files and archive completed work.Support meeting preparation and presentation materials.Assist with production samples, print checks, and creative documentation.Perform additional creative support tasks as assigned.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Basic understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.Effective communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a collaborative environment.Portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or freelance design projects.Preferred QualificationsExperience with presentation design, social media content creation, or digital design projects.Familiarity with Figma, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other creative tools.Interest in branding, visual identity systems, marketing communications, or corporate design.Knowledge of beauty, consumer products, retail, or lifestyle brands.Language ProficiencyEnglish proficiency required.Korean language proficiency preferred.Qualification(s):Education(s):Bachelor of Arts (B.A): Graphic Design (Required)Work Experience:Experience Range I: 0 - 2 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related fieldSkill(s):Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Design Thinking, Graphic Design, Motion GraphicsLanguage(s):KoreanCertification(s):Not ApplicableThe anticipated compensation range is18.00 - 30.00 USD HourlyActual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location.
