Job summary

Kiss Nail Products is seeking a Brand Visual Design Intern to support the Group Visual Team in creating assets for presentations, marketing materials, social media, and events. You will follow established brand guidelines while collaborating with designers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced corporate setting.

You will gain experience across brand identity, marketing design, and production support, with exposure to Adobe Creative Cloud tools and design processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or freelance design projects.
• English proficiency required; Korean language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Description Summary:

The Brand Visual Design Intern supports the Group Visual Team in developing and executing visual communication materials that strengthen brand consistency and enhance customer engagement. This role provides hands-on experience across brand identity, marketing design, corporate communications, digital content, event graphics, and production support while collaborating with designers and cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Design Production & Asset Creation

• Create visual assets for presentations, internal communications, marketing materials, social media, and event-related projects.
• Support design production tasks including image editing, layout adjustments, resizing, and file preparation.
• Assist with the development of digital and print collateral while maintaining brand consistency.
• Apply established design guidelines and templates across creative deliverables.

Brand Support & Visual Consistency

• Support maintenance of corporate and brand identity standards.
• Assist in organizing and updating brand asset libraries, templates, and visual resources.
• Review materials for visual consistency, typography, color accuracy, and brand compliance.
• Help ensure all creative materials reflect established brand guidelines.

Project Coordination & Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with designers and project stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Participate in creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and project discussions.
• Support project tracking, asset management, and creative workflow processes.
• Assist with communication and coordination among internal teams when needed.

Research & Creative Exploration

• Conduct design trend, competitive, and visual reference research.
• Gather inspiration and develop mood boards for creative projects.
• Present findings and recommendations to design team members.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Maintain organized project files and archive completed work.
• Support meeting preparation and presentation materials.
• Assist with production samples, print checks, and creative documentation.
• Perform additional creative support tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or freelance design projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with presentation design, social media content creation, or digital design projects.
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other creative tools.
• Interest in branding, visual identity systems, marketing communications, or corporate design.
• Knowledge of beauty, consumer products, retail, or lifestyle brands.

Language Proficiency

• English proficiency required.
• Korean language proficiency preferred.

The anticipated compensation range is

18.00 - 30.00 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
