ADP is seeking a Content Video Producer to create video content from concept to final delivery across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels. Working in ADP's centralized Content Pod, you will combine production, videography, editing, and post-production to support brand campaigns, thought leadership, product storytelling, and events.

The Content Video Producer will identify stories, develop production approaches, capture footage, interview talent, and deliver platform-ready assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in video production, videography, editing or related fields.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end video ownership.
• Experience with multiple video formats and platforms.
• Ability to translate complex stories into engaging visuals.
• Proficient in major editing and motion graphics tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce video content from concept to final delivery.
• Identify stories and develop production plans with stakeholders.
• Capture footage, conduct interviews, and direct on-camera talent.
