• 3+ years of professional production design, graphic design, or prepress experience.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Acrobat Pro for advanced PDF editing.
• Excellent typography, formatting, and layout consistency across high-volume projects.

Responsibilities

• Revise brand name, logo, typography, and visual assets across collateral for four business units.
• Update technical documentation, quality documents, product specs, and white papers.
• Adapt marketing collateral and light digital assets to updated branding guidelines.
• Reformat and update artwork for onsite signage and facilities collateral.
• Coordinate with stakeholders in EST hours to review feedback and deliver files.
• Maintain organized source files, export publication-ready PDFs, and follow version control procedures.
