Qualifications

• 8+ years in agency or brand consulting, leading corporate brand positioning, architecture, and portfolio strategy for enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated people management experience with coaching and growing junior and mid-level strategy talent.
• C-suite presence and advisory skills, capable of facilitating executive alignment and presenting to boards.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-stakes environments while managing multiple projects with depth.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills bridging corporate strategy with creative execution.
• Business development mindset, nurturing long-term client relationships and organic growth.
