• Deep design and creative recruiting expertise in apparel or related environments.
• Experience leading large recruiting teams across multiple functions or brands.
• Ability to translate business strategy into recruiting priorities and talent plans.
• Proven ability to mentor recruiters and drive performance.
• Strong influence with senior leaders and effective stakeholder management.
• Experience using data, sourcing technologies, and AI-enabled tools.

• Lead, coach, and develop the Brands TA team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Own the Brands recruiting strategy aligned with brand priorities and business needs.
• Advise senior leaders using market intelligence to identify talent gaps and trade-offs.
• Lead design and creative recruiting, build external pipelines for critical capabilities.
• Develop hiring manager capability and implement inclusive candidate experiences.
• Lead selected critical searches and collaborate with Executive Search on leadership hiring.
• Drive adoption of TA playbooks, technology, and AI to improve efficiency and outcomes.
