URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Stylist at our Bend, Oregon location. You will engage customers with product knowledge and genuine service to drive sales and brand loyalty.

As a Brand Experience team member, you’ll help maintain FP Movement visuals, support events, and collaborate with teammates to deliver a best-in-class in-store experience. The role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and a passion for wellness and active lifestyles.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with peers.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand representative; reflect company values on the sales floor.
• Engage customers with personalized, genuine service in all zones.
• Promote FP Movement events and support in-store events with partners.
• Maintain visual and operational standards while focusing on customer experience.
