Job summary

You will be a brand representative for FP Movement, engaging customers, promoting events, and collaborating with wellness partners to create a standout store experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, product expertise, and maintaining visual standards while supporting operations and safety. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.

• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to brand experience on the sales floor with energized pace and authentic service.
• Collaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and participating in store initiatives and brand focuses.
• Maintains FP Movement visual and operational standards while keeping the customer at the center.
• Supports shipment processes to stay aware of new and reshipped products.
• Adheres to safety standards, inventory accuracy, and company policies to support store profitability.
