Job summary

J.Crew Group is seeking an energetic Stylist to act as a key brand ambassador and deliver outstanding customer service that drives store profitability. You will help customers discover their authentic style while sharing product expertise across the team.

You’ll excel in an incentive-based styling program, build client relationships, and host in-store events to attract new clients. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience in one-to-one clienteling.

• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Excel in the incentive-based styling program by meeting sales per hour (SPH) and KPI goals.
• Be the brand ambassador & product expert, building incremental sales through wardrobing.
• Utilize in-store relationships, customer profiles, and the loyalty program to attract and retain new clients.
• Build meaningful, lasting relationships through authentic, personalized interactions and clienteling.
• Deliver a best-in-class styling experience while embodying service expectations from training.
• Know your store’s neighborhood, events, local influencers and style-makers.
• Host appointments and in-store events through community networking and local outreach.
• Stay informed about competitors, trends, and local community interests.
• Share product feedback and insights with management.
