WRITER is seeking a senior brand leader to own the company’s brand strategy and campaigns across both external and internal touchpoints. You will shape how the world sees WRITER, guide cross-functional teams, and drive scalable brand systems that empower product, marketing, and partnerships.

You’ll manage brand agency relationships, measure impact with brand metrics, and translate strategic vision into tangible, on-brand experiences across the customer and employee journeys.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building brands at a high-growth B2B technology company.
• Proven ability to translate brand strategy into scalable campaigns and measurable outcomes.
• Experience encoding brand standards and working with AI tools in a brand context.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand campaign strategy from concept to activation, ensuring on-brand, impactful work.
• Own the customer and employee brand journey across channels and internal comms.
• Build and maintain brand systems, guidelines, and a scalable asset repository.
