The role targets MBA students with marketing or general management focus, 1–2 years related experience, and a drive to lead cross-functional teams through product, packaging, pricing, and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• MBA student with Marketing and/or General Management concentration.
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and high learning agility.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity for learning.
• Preferred graduation date Spring 2027.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in brand management development and execution.
• Build and strengthen brands through innovative marketing plans across all levers.
• Own and manage P&Ls and drive growth, profitability and market share.
