Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking an MBA-qualified candidate for a Summer Intern role in Marketing as a Sr. Associate Brand Manager Intern.

You will help craft and execute brand plans to engage consumers and drive loyalty, while gaining exposure to cross-functional teams and strategic branding activities. You will contribute to portfolio management, support launches, analyze competitive activity, and assist in creating promotion plans and sales materials.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an MBA and 3–5 years of work experience.
• US work authorization without sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in planning, execution, and analysis of brand initiatives.
• Develop and activate brand plans to capture consumer imagination, passion, and loyalty.
• Support launch plans, including innovation, renovation, and commercialization.
