We’re looking for Account Director to lead and grow some of our most important client partnerships.

This is not a traditional account role. You will operate as a strategic business partner with a consultant mindset, someone who can navigate complexity, connect dots across disciplines, and unlock new opportunities for both our clients and our business. • Lead clients through ambiguity with clear recommendations
  • Translate client needs into actionable strategies and creative direction
  • Lead client engagements including retail audits, construction planning meetings, design presentations, installs and final walkthroughs
  • Professional assessment of the final work output to ensure it meets the needs of the projects and FutureBrand standards
  • Practice a high degree of excellence in the quality of our work
  • Coordinate with production team members throughout the execution process to ensure that feasibility checks are being done
Drive Growth & Impact
  • Own financial health of accounts including scoping, estimating, forecasting, and billing
  • Monitor project performance against budgets and proactively manage risks or variances
  • Identify and define new opportunities for growth and incremental scope
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic work sessions
  • Lead vendor engagements
  • Manage vendor relationships, from bidding, selections and through to execution, ensuring deliverables are produced accurately, on time, and within budget
  • Develop clear briefs with measurable KPIs to guide cross-functional teams
Connect Strategy to Execution
  • Translate business challenges into clear, actionable briefs and direction
  • Partner closely with Strategy, Design, and Project Management to deliver exceptional work
  • Champion creative ideas internally and externally with clarity, conviction, and craft
  • Drive team alignment, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery
  • Ensure every output aligns to a bigger, cohesive vision
  • Identify and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and output
  • Maintain visibility with leadership on account health, risks, and opportunities
  • Engage in contingency planning and recommend solutions
  • Identify “watchouts” or red flags that could impact originally set parameters
Build & Elevate Teams
  • Lead cross-functional teams with clarity, energy, and accountability
  • Drive smarter ways of working—refining processes to be more agile and effective
  • Maintain visibility on account health, risks, and opportunities with leadership
