Aegis Healthcare is expanding its marketing team in Mesa, AZ, seeking a Brand Strategy & Creative Coordinator to bring our brand to life across digital and community channels.

You will blend strategy, creative development, and social media to grow our presence and maintain brand standards. The role involves capturing authentic moments at events and coordinating content across teams to support engagement and growth.

Formación

• 2-3 years experience creating and managing social media content and profiles.
• Degree in communication, marketing, digital marketing, social media, or related field.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Excellent writing and editorial skills with strict attention to grammar and detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with changing deadlines.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Self-starting attitude and can-do spirit.
• Strong graphic design skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of PC and Mac/Apple technology.

Responsabilidades

• Brand Strategy & Development: support development and execution of brand strategies with consistent voice and visuals.
• Social Media Management: create, plan, and manage engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Content Creation: capture, photograph, and edit high-quality photos and videos.
• Trend Awareness: stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
• Community Engagement: attend events to capture photos/videos of employees and community involvement.
• Brand Awareness & Growth: increase followers and engagement through content strategy.
• Creative Coordination: organize content assets and coordinate projects across teams.
• Performance Monitoring: track metrics and use insights to improve content.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with departments to tell company stories.
