Job summary

Jayco Inc in Indiana is seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist to assist in developing and executing the brand strategy across channels. You will lead collaboration with creative and communications teams to deliver cohesive campaigns, and work with sales and marketing to add value through targeted initiatives.

Responsibilities include creating advertising materials, coordinating product launches, supporting dealer promotions, and organizing brand-centric events with the Events Manager.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in marketing or related field.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with company personnel and outside agencies.
• Requires the ability to develop and maintain highly collaborative cross-functional internal and external relationships.
• Must possess good analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the vision for the brand’s marketing strategy.
• Execute the brand’s marketing strategy by leading and providing direction to the creative and communications teams.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide value added marketing initiatives.
• Promote specified brands through social media, websites, external communications, events and other brand marketing strategies.
• Develop advertising and literature, photography, videos, POP materials, sales materials and press releases/media relations for assigned brands.
• Manage marketing activities related to product launches.
• Assist sales team on dealer promotions.
• Assist Events Manager in the coordination of brand centric events and other special products.
