Edelman is seeking an Associate Director, Brand Strategy to join our team in New York. This role focuses on delivering culturally relevant, high-impact campaigns that resonate with audiences and shape public conversation.

You will lead research-driven strategy, translate complex insights into compelling narratives, and work across Strategy, Creative, Account, Earned, Social, and Data teams to deliver integrated campaigns for major brands.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategy, planning, research, or creative with consumer brands
• Experience in PR/creative or integrated agency environment
• Proven in developing integrated campaigns for large brands

• Translate insights into clear strategic outputs and briefs
