Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Preferred 2 years of experience in business strategy, business analysis, data analytics, or related functions.
• Beauty, consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce industry experience preferred.
• Experience supporting cross-functional business planning and performance management activities.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate sales forecasts and align with Demand Planning and Sales to meet monthly net sales targets.
• Manage SKU portfolios and coordinate updates across departments for operational efficiency.
• Monitor and report KPIs on a weekly basis.
• Conduct weekly and monthly sales performance analysis (sell-in/sell-through).
• Generate actionable business insights through regular data analysis and reporting.
• Monitor monthly P&L and identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support channel expansion and retailer growth.
• Provide consumer, category, and competitive insights to support brand growth and decision-making.
