Maxima is hiring a Brand and Social Marketing Intern to build Maxima’s presence across social channels and turn internal activity into readable, shareable content. This high-ownership, creative-first role works with marketing, sales, founders, and customers to shape market understanding.

You will be in a fast-moving AI startup, reporting to marketing leadership, with a focus on organic reach, storytelling, and audience growth from day one.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or writing samples showing storytelling and taste.
• Understanding of social algorithms and how content earns reach organically.
• Ability to synthesize a brand voice quickly and apply it consistently.

Responsibilities

• Own Maxima’s social presence across LinkedIn and beyond, creating high‑quality content with strong POV.
• Identify compelling stories across the Maxima ecosystem and turn them into content worth sharing.
• Partner with the marketing team to build editorial calendars, post formats, and workflows.
• Help uplift Maxima team members as creators and support leaders in thought leadership.
• Stay on top of AI, fintech, and accounting trends and insert Maxima into conversations credibly.
• Track performance, learn from data, and bring informed ideas to the table.
• Support broader campaign moments like webinars, events, and product launches.
