Job summary

Cline's Heating and Air is seeking a Creative Content Creator to shoot, edit, and publish reels, photos, and carousels that tell the story of the company and ownership brands across Spokane and Coeur d'Alene. Work hands-on on jobsites, events, and in-office settings, collaborating with the Marketing Director to drive engagement and brand consistency.

You'll own content from concept to publish, stay ahead of platform trends, and help build a recognizable brand in a fast-moving, locally owned

Qualifications

• Proven portfolio of content creation work across video, photo, and graphic design (skill matters more than years).
• Strong videography and photography skills with a sharp eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar).
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithms, formats, and best practices.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging captions, headlines, and short-form copy in brand voice.
• Comfortable designing branded documents (brochures, SOPs, sales sheets, etc.).
• Willingness to be on jobsites, in the field, and at events to get the shot.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
• Capture high-quality photos and video footage on jobsites, in the office, at events, and behind the scenes.
• Publish carousels, static posts, and stories across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Maintain content calendar in partnership with Marketing Director.
• Stay current on platform trends and formats; move quickly to capitalize on them.
• Write engaging captions and copy that align with brand voice.
