Job summary

ACNB Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Officer to lead content and community engagement from the Gettysburg area. This hands-on role emphasizes in-house content creation, storytelling, social media, and building relationships with customers and community partners.

The role also supports broader marketing initiatives including website, email, and campaigns, representing ACNB across PA and MD markets with a collaborative, brand-focused approach.

Qualifications

• An A.A., B.S. or B.A. degree in communication design, marketing or a related discipline preferred; specialized bank marketing education and training.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a related role.
• Strong writing, storytelling, photography, videography, and content creation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute content supporting ACNB's marketing goals across channels.
• Create written, visual, video, and multimedia content for multiple platforms.
• Translate financial products into customer-focused communications.
• Manage content projects from concept through publication.
• Capture stories showcasing ACNB's expertise, customers, employees, and community involvement.
• Represent ACNB at community events and build relationships with partners.
• Coordinate with teams to promote community impact and brand alignment.
