Taylored Expressions is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to craft clear, on-brand content for email, social, blog, and events, connecting with the crafting community every week.

You will partner with Marketing, design, e‑commerce, and customer service teams to plan campaigns for product drops, promotions, and events like Stamp Joy, using data to improve messaging and engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years writing customer-facing marketing content for consumer/retail or ecommerce brands.
• Experience building, testing, and sending email campaigns.
• Experience writing social content and engaging with online communities.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading with cross-channel adaptation.
• Organized and dependable under deadlines, able to juggle multiple projects across teams.
• Customer-curious mindset and comfortable using data to learn what works.
• Portfolio or writing samples showing range.

Responsibilities

• Own messaging across email, SMS, blog, and social media to ensure clear, useful, and unmistakably TE communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager and design, creative, e-commerce, and customer service teams to plan and schedule campaigns for weekly product launches and promotions.
• Turn designers’ concepts into stories that build customer confidence and keep social channels inspiring and engaging.
