Job summary

Beauty Barrage, LLC is seeking a Brand Specialist to support client brands in retailers across North America, with a focus on New Jersey markets. The role emphasizes achieving sales targets, cultivating relationships, and boosting brand awareness through in-store activities.

As a Brand Specialist, you will travel within your territory, train store staff, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure merchandising aligns with company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience.
• Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Polished and professional appearance representing the company image.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
• Represent brands within an assigned territory and retailers to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with store teams.
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge.
• Execute interactive product demonstrations.
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
• Provide critical feedback through survey responses.
• Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit.
