Beauty Barrage, LLC is seeking a Brand Specialist to support client brands across retailers in North America. You will drive sales, cultivate relationships, and increase brand awareness while reporting to the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive.

This fluctuating, part-time role requires travel within the territory and weekend availability as brands’ needs dictate. You will engage store teams, demonstrate products, educate staff, and provide feedback to improve merchandising and sales

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience.
• Able to travel within territory and visit stores.
• Weekend availability required.
• Polished and professional company image.
• Must own a vehicle and be able to travel.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
• Represent brands in territory and retailers to drive sales.
• Establish relationships with store teams.
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge.
• Execute interactive product demonstrations.
• Ensure product merchandising meets standards.
• Provide feedback through surveys.
