Job summary

Beauty Barrage, LLC is seeking a Brand Specialist to support client brands across retailers in North America with a focus on beauty stores. The role emphasizes achieving sales targets, cultivating store relationships, and driving brand awareness.

You will report to the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive depending on your market and should be self-starting, results-oriented, and passionate about beauty. This is a fluctuating, part-time opportunity with monthly schedules based on client needs

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
• Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional.
• Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
• Represent brands within an assigned territory and retailers to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with the store teams.
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge.
• Execute interactive product demonstrations.
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
• Provide critical feedback through survey responses.
• Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit.
