MyBrand is seeking a Sales & Merchandising Assistant to support Account Managers and Executives with sourcing, pricing, order entry, shipping, and administrative tasks. You will help set up new clients and vendors, manage project workflows, and ensure accurate pricing and inventory information across decks and orders.

The role requires collaboration with Account Managers, Project Management, E-commerce, Creative Services, and Finance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required or preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with data entry and/or project management software preferred.
• Upholds high ethical standards and trustworthiness.

Responsabilidades

• CLIENT JOBS & PROJECT EXECUTION: Deliver exceptional client service and innovative solutions to grow the client’s business.
• Meet deadlines and proactively seek extensions when needed.
• Review sourcing documents and confirm inventory availability.
• Source alternatives and obtain approval from Account Manager for replacements.
• Prepare client decks with accurate pricing and ensure consistency and accuracy.
