About the Job :

The Taco Bell Social Media Team is a dynamic, industry-leading force in digital marketing, known for developing cutting-edge programs that drive innovation, brand relevance, and unparalleled community engagement across social platforms.

We're looking for an experienced Associate Manager, Brand Social Lead Strategist to support the development, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of social media trends, analytics, and strategy creation, with a focus on growing cultural relevance for our brand.

In this role, you'll guide our team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, agencies, and executives, and report directly to the Manager, Social Strategy Lead.

The Day-to-Day :

  • Expand the overall profile of Social Strategy profile and reactive content strategy to elevate cultural relevance
  • Partner with Brand Experience and PR team to build big, integrated campaigns that generate buzzy cultural moments from brief to execution
  • Provide thought leadership to motivate cross-functional partners and leadership to have them buy-in to your vision through data driven insights
  • Act as support to the broader social team and invest in growing direct reports
  • Leverage a deep understanding of internet culture to ensure all content seamlessly integrates with the platform and effectively connects with our target audience
  • Expand our real-time content strategy through breakthrough moments and innovative ways to approach audience touchpoints

Is This You?

  • BA or BS Degree
  • 4+ years of experience working in social media, experience working in or with advertising agencies is a plus
  • Engaged daily in the ever-evolving landscape of internet culture and trends with a passion and profound comprehension of the social media ecosystem
  • Fluent in providing clear and productive creative direction as well as experience writing and ability to inspire creative teams
  • Comfort and confidence with influencing senior leadership and the core campaign team through your strategic vision
  • Passionate about building culture and fostering collaboration with cross-functional partners and immediate team

Proven to enhance social creative ideation, maximize integrated strategies, and create breakthrough opportunities

Salary Range : $106,700 to $125,400 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
