Miller Marriott Architecture • Design • Build in Milwaukee is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a strong visual sense to help plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies that promote the firm’s services and brand. You’ll collaborate across departments to meet growing needs and ensure consistent branding.

You’ll manage websites, create social media content, assist email campaigns, coordinate photography and videography, and prepare client materials such as brochures and presentations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, New Media, or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience with a strength in social media and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Express.
• Basic photography and video editing skills.
• Experience working in WordPress and email marketing platforms.
• Understanding of digital advertising, Google Analytics, and AI tools.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and sharp proofreading skills.
• Proven track record of managing creative projects from concept to completion.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and update company websites.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries as appropriate.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns.
• Ensure consistent branding across all company communications and marketing channels.
• Coordinate photography and videography shoots.
• Create and update all client-facing materials and assist other parts of the organization in maintaining consistent brand representation (brochures, flyers, advertising, municipality presentations, signage, etc.).
• Support special project planning, including municipality presentations, events, open houses, and community outreach.
• Assist with sponsorships, networking events, and local partnerships.
• Coordinate with vendors, printers, photographers, and advertising partners.
• Manage marketing inventory and promotional materials.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
