Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media channels for four RN Services locations, ensuring consistent messaging, timely updates, and engaging content.
• Create and schedule posts that promote brand awareness, employee engagement, recruiting efforts, community involvement, and company culture.
• Develop marketing materials including brochures, rack cards, flyers, handouts, and other branded collateral.
• Create unified presentations and marketing templates that support consistent branding across departments and locations.
• Partner with leadership and operational teams to identify content opportunities, highlight services, and support local marketing initiatives.
• Monitor social media performance and recommend ways to improve reach, engagement, and visibility.
• Ensure all materials reflect the RN Services brand, voice, mission, and professional standards.
