Spencer’s in New York City is seeking a highly creative Social Media & Partnerships Manager to lead the brand’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. You’ll own strategy to day-to-day posting, community management, and creator outreach, turning cultural insights into on-brand content.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing and growing brand social media accounts.
• Hands-on experience shooting and editing short-form video content for social.
• Experience coordinating events, brand activations, or partnerships is a strong plus.
• Experience within hospitality, wellness, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for wellness, hospitality, design, and culture.

• Lead content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social channels across locations.
• Edit content for organic social and paid ads, adapting assets per platform.
• Develop and evolve content strategy aligned with campaigns and brand voice.
• Translate trends into timely, on-brand content.
• Manage content calendar aligned with marketing themes and campaigns.
• Provide edited creative to Marketing Director for paid campaigns.
• Oversee day-to-day social media management and influencer bookings.
• Identify trends, creators, formats across wellness, beauty, fashion, design, and hospitality.
