Job summary

Spinato's Pizzeria is seeking a Social Media & Content Coordinator in the Phoenix area to join our Marketing team. This full-time role supports the social strategy, creates engaging captions, and manages daily content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

You will shoot, edit, and curate photos/videos, maintain brand voice, and help run campaigns with our manager and team. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in digital marketing, strong writing skills, and hands-on content creation

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong writing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and social scheduling tools.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools.
• Own a personal, professional-grade camera for photo/video capture.
• Able to work onsite and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support social media and campaign execution across channels and locations.
• Publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok per calendar cadence.
• Engage with the community: comments, DMs, and reviews in Spinato’s voice.
• Create TikTok content aligning with trends and brand voice.
• Capture in-store photos/videos and lead shoots for assets.
• Edit photos/videos for social, ads, and brand use with a consistent look.
• Design simple graphics in Canva and follow brand guidelines.
• Assist with training content and internal communications related to social.
