Job summary

Spinato’s Pizzeria is seeking a Social Media & Content Coordinator to elevate our voice across platforms, bringing our family story and delicious food to life. You’ll work with the Marketing team to plan, create, and publish authentic posts that resonate with our guests and communities.

You’ll manage daily social activity, produce on-brand photography and video, and help coordinate multi-location campaigns, events, and training content, all while upholding Spinato’s warm, community‑driven voice.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong writing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and social scheduling tools.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
• Professional photo & video editing skills (Adobe, CapCut, etc.).
• Must own a personal, professional‑grade camera for high‑quality photo and video capture.
• Comfortable capturing content on mobile and editing in real time.
• Understanding of social trends, especially in food/hospitality.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Physically able to work onsite events, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support overall social media and campaign execution across all channels and locations.
• Publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok following the content calendar.
• Manage daily community engagement with a tone matching Spinato’s voice.
• Develop TikTok content aligned with trends and brand voice.
• Create and publish Instagram Stories, Reels, and other short-form content weekly.
• Flag community issues, trends, or escalations.
• Write engaging captions with keywords and hashtags.
• Proofread all social content before posting.
• Capture photos and video in-store and at events.
