Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Boardman Township, Ohio. You will be the first face of the brand for growing families, helping parents and grandparents discover baby essentials and navigate school day prep.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product knowledge and benefits.
• Resolve issues proactively in a busy retail setting.
• Assist with omnichannel shopping experiences as needed.
• Process transactions at the point of sale/register.
• Maintain floor replenishment and assist with shipments.
• Explain promotions and loyalty programs, including credit options.
• Help minimize losses by delivering excellent service and keeping the store clean.
