Job summary

Plug and Play is seeking a Ventures Associate for its Brand & Retail vertical based in Sunnyvale, CA. You will engage corporate partners, support accelerator programs, and help source and evaluate early-stage investments.

You will build relationships with startups, VCs, and mentors, manage multiple projects to meet deadlines, and contribute to dealflow, research, and investment proposals in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field with strong academic record.
• Ability to analyze financial information and communicate results effectively.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted relationships with corporate partners and understand their innovation challenges.
• Support dealflow, sourcing, research, and project delivery for startups.
• Organize accelerator activities and coordinate with partners, startups and mentors.
• Prepare investment proposals and assist the investment team weekly.
