Carter’s is seeking a friendly Sales Associate in Midlothian, VA to greet customers, demonstrate product features, and help families choose baby essentials and school basics. You’ll be the first face of our brand, delivering attentive service and supporting omnichannel shopping.

In a fast-paced retail setting you’ll assist with transactions, restock floors, promote promotions and loyalty programs, and maintain a safe, clean store.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and help with product styles, features and benefits
• Resolve issues proactively while balancing multiple customers

• Execute and expedite point of sale transactions
• Complete floor replenishment and product shipments as needed
• Explain current promotions and loyalty programs to customers
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store to minimize loss
