Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. You will be a liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing recurring visits, audits, and ensuring product quality while elevating the brand experience.

Visits are scheduled twice per month, approximately one hour each, with immediate start dates upon certification.

Qualifications

Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
Visit Execution: Initial audit, follow-up visits to resolve issues, and visual merchandising as the year progresses.
Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
