Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative to deliver a world-class shopping experience and support store profitability in Asheville.

You will greet guests, assess needs, suggest merchandise, and apply styling tips while maintaining displays and executing transactions with the POS system. This role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Candidates should have strong communication, ability to stand for long periods, and enthusiasm for fashion and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work nights and weekends.
• Physical requirements: standing/walking; frequent bending, stooping, reaching, lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs.
• Manual dexterity to operate registers and scanners.
• Visual and auditory abilities sufficient to complete essential tasks.
• Able to communicate effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a smile, determine needs, assist with finding merchandise, and offer styling recommendations.
• Achieve personal sales goals and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to enhance the guest’s shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals, maintain store standards, and deliver a world‑class guest experience.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of merchandise, features, benefits, and pricing.
• Ensure shelves and displays are stocked, organized, and visually appealing; keep the store clean, neat, and well‑maintained.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point‑of‑sale system.
• Assist with inventory management tasks including receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and conducting inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, guidelines, including safety protocols.
• Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Report to work as scheduled, record time worked accurately, and remain flexible to the needs of the business.
