Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Brand Representative to deliver a welcoming, on-brand shopping experience in our Annapolis, MD store. You’ll engage customers, assist with product selection and styling, and maintain a pristine selling floor while handling transactions at the register.

Ideal candidates bring customer-service experience, strong communication, reliability, and a collaborative attitude. This role supports omni-channel sales and in-store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming service to customers and identify needs.
• Assist customers with finding products and styling guidance across categories.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually consistent selling floor and presentation standards.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately at the cash wrap.
• Support online orders and in-store fulfillment (Pick Up/Ship-from-store).
