Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative in the United States (Alaska) on a freelance, 1099 basis to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/Connectivity brand. You will be the liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing recurring one-hour visits twice per month across assigned locations.

Responsibilities include audits, resolving display issues, and using the ThirdChannel App to report data and photos in real time.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Visit Execution: Initial audit, follow-up visits, and transitions into visual merchandising.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
