Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative (freelance/1099) to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control for a wireless/consumer electronics brand. Visits are scheduled twice per month, one hour each, with compensation of $24/hour and travel incentives.

Immediate start dates available upon certification and you will use the ThirdChannel App for reporting. The role requires reliability, a strong client-facing demeanor, and access to a mobile device.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity.
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and store conditions.
• Visit Execution: Initial audit followed by follow-up visits to resolve issues and evolve into merchandising.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
